App not available anymore in France store

The iOS application is not available anymore in the France App Store. Why? How can we get updates and news? It also the project maintained?

Unfortunately, I no longer have a personal Apple Developer account to publish the app.
The app itself still works and can be built manually, but it will not share the same Keychain group as the old version from the store, so it will be empty.
