Lesson customization view does not scroll or collapse expanded actions

Summary

When viewing or customizing a lesson, some content appears to be missing because the lesson panel cannot be scrolled. Expanding the actions reveals the hidden content, but there is no apparent way to collapse them afterward.

Example

• Lesson: More Like Jesus — Week 1
• Section: Engage 1
• Missing item: Conductor Carl — Act 2

The video should appear after the other content. However, users cannot scroll far enough down the panel to see it, causing the video to appear missing.

The same issue occurs in the Customize Lesson view.

Current behavior

• The lesson and customization panels cannot be scrolled to reveal all content.
• Expanding the actions makes the hidden video visible.
• Once the actions are expanded, there is no clear way to collapse them.
• The user is left with an unnecessarily long view after finishing customization.

Expected behavior

• Users can scroll through all content in the lesson and customization panels.
• Expanded actions can be collapsed after the user finishes reviewing or customizing the lesson.

Acceptance criteria

• All lesson content can be reached by scrolling in the service-order view.
• All lesson content can be reached by scrolling in the customization view.
• Expanding the actions reveals all lesson items.
• A visible control allows users to collapse expanded actions.
• Collapsing the actions restores the original compact view.
