Discord slash command has no response

I followed the Discord doc and got the bot into my server. Slash commands still don't respond for me.

I wasn't sure what order to check:

• is the bot actually logged in?

• did slash command registration finish?

• is my channel/user allowlisted?

• can the backend reach Discord from Node, not just from my browser?

• does OpenGUI need a phone online before the command replies?

The full doc has all the pieces, but I ended up jumping around the page a lot.
