Retrieve Darklaunch URL

The module needs to know where the users Darklaunch Dashboard is deployed to.

This could be done a couple ways:

• In the Darklaunch.init({url: "myURL", id: "uuid"})
• From a darklaunch.config.js file
• ???

As fo a2fc0d3, the URL can be retrieved from the core directory of the project that imports darklaunch-js (darklaunch.config.js, which is generated by the initial deploy of the DarklaunchDashboard). However, this relative directory importing doesn't work for npm linked projects (e.g Linking darklaunch-js to DarklaunchDashboard). Will have to figure out a way of making it easy for people to contribute in the future
