[Feature Request]: Add notes to the transaction details page

Problem Description

Users can't annotate transactions, making it hard to identify ones entered in error during reconciliation.

Proposed Solution

Add a free-text notes field on the transaction details page (lighter-weight alternative to voiding payments).
