Handling of displaced and overlapping triles #23

It has to be considered (if it hasn't already) how EddyEditor should handle overlapping triles. I believe there are a couple of cases of this happening in the game. We need to think whether such blasphemy should be allowed.

Related to #15, as the overlay should be tweaked regardless of the decision made here.
