Rev 5 Lost Sponsor and Ready Conversion Forms are live as of 0730 this AM.

1. Please make sure you meet the qualifications before submitting the form.

2. Once you submit, you will receive a validation email, to ensure the email provided is real and is you. Once you click that link you will be provided with a zendesk ticket# and an email with instructions on how to schedule your kickoff with the PMO and expectations.

3. If you weren't at the Rev 5 Community Update last week, please watch the video here. The first 15ish minutes goes in depth into the plan and process and will hopefully answer 90% of questions.

The forms have been tested from multiple accounts and devices (to include non gov't) and have worked. Also even though the form wasnt live, it was tested by multiple CSPs over the weekend ;) . Let me know if you run into issues.

Hi @paulagosta If a CSP's legacy Ready status was obtained in 9/2025 and is set to expire in 9/2026, will submitting an application for Ready Conversion allow them to stay on the Marketplace beyond 9/2026? If so, will their designation continue to be "Legacy FedRAMP Ready" or transition to "Initial Implementation Phase"? A CSP has an agency sponsor and a 3PAO ready to begin the assessment under Rev 5, but the agency review process is taking much longer than anticipated and the 3PAO assessment isn't expected to start until after 9/2026, which is when the CSP's legacy Ready status will expire.

Ready status expires 365 days after being granted by default.

If you submit for the limited RAR conversion, you will meet with the PMO and we will decide the best COA. Assuming you meet the timeline requirements for RAR conversion (sounds like you do based on above) we can switch to Initial Implementation post kick-off, or leave you in Ready status until your 366th day, then switch you. It's really up to you. Once you submit your package you will then go into FedRAMP In Process status.
