If Current and Power measuremenst are associated with a regulator. The prefix that gets assigned to the simobj they belong to is incorrectly set to xf_ instead of reg_ in the model_dict.json file.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
The Seto branch inserts power and current measurements on regulators present in the feeder models. When performing the conversion to a glm the output model_dict.json file assigns the wrong prefix to the simobj attribute for these measurements.
