Forget to modify inode name after Rename

If you visit the inode after rename，you will get a stale object name，I think it is a bug

@ashmeenkaur , If you rename a file, and then try to access it (read or write), if the kernel dentry cache is still valid (no lookup), GCSFuse will use old object name to access backend storage, it wll cause not found error. You can test it, it happends everytime when kernel dentry cache is still valid.

Both rename file or rename dir will cause this problem. I think we should update inode name after rename or force kernel to forget corresponding inodes.

For non hierarchal bucket, we still need to visit each child inode and rename it on GCS so the operation would be equally expensive. But this does makes sense for heirarichal buckets where we are not updating each file on GCS. I will discuss this internally with the team. Thanks for the suggestion!

However, since we already iterate over every entry in the stat cache for HNS buckets to remove them (ref code ref below), the Big O complexity would remain unchanged if we can batch update the inodes with the new name. I think kernel does lock the directory during rename operation so maybe we don't need a mutex to protect the inode renames. I'll investigate this further.
