• changed some parts of the cubemap testing to be universally compatible with any source engine projects
• changed the water grass to have a alpha for the displacement colors (and also changed to be universally compatible)
• changed the structure of the zip archive for accessibility

• added a func_breakable_surf window in the dev measurements section for fun

• fixed the lights on spawn so they appear properly and they don't disappear
