wrong history is downloaded in a scenario

Steps to reproduce

1. start 2 KH clients
2. create identities "y" and "j" respectively on both of them
3. send requested authorization from 2nd to first . Also send messages from 2nd to first. i.e. from "j" to "y"
4. Now delete all mails and request in y.
5. create another identity "k" in 1st client with download history "all"

Issues :

1. Request from j to y are also downloaded along with messages.

2. Also if we create another identity "m", requests are downloaded again even when previous requests are present.

Tested in Debian and is always reproducible.
