Currently XAnims are only dumped and loaded from the official modtools binary format.
This works for working with official modding tools and bringing anims from one game to another but is not enough to direct load custom anims from software like e.g. Blender to the game.
Also it is not possible to view dumped xanims.
Therefore there should be support for writing and loading XAnims as a commonly used 3D file format.
GLTF should be a good pick for it as XModels already use this format.
