Add a label conditionally

Would it be possible to add a label based on some condition; where the condition is another certain label present in the issue labels

This is currently not implemented and it would add a whole new level of complexity to both the implementation and the configuration file. I have no intention of implementing something like that at the moment, but I can consider merging a pull request providing this functionality without breaking changes if anyone is willing to write it. Thank you for your suggestion.
