[Canary] update execution log issue

In the canary version of the portal, after adding the application logs, the execution logs are not properly updated when selecting a new instance. You need to click in execution logs to get an updated view of the instance status (also to see the yellow/blue/green button updated).

I think the proper functioning of this should be:

1. Always select the last instance in instances list
2. Update (like the current click) automatically the execution logs when selecting an instance
