So you want similar to legacy instructions in the new doc?

1. I want documentation that accurately represents the product API and commissioning process.
2. My findings are that:
   2.1 Legacy doc accurately represents the commissioning process as of mPower 7.1.0.
   2.2 API doc does not accurately represent the api/commissioning functionality or commissioning process.
3. To meet requirements of item 1 please use legacy documentation in some form.
