Describe the bug

When the C drive is low on disk space (for example, with only around 1GB remaining), Open Screen fails to open the editing page.

Additionally, Open Screen appears to consume a large amount of space on the C drive during usage.

Expected behavior

Open Screen should allow users to specify a custom location for cache files, including files generated during recording and editing.
