L1 MIS-2 × L1 Avenue is broken (missing paths, unstable RUL-2)

Issues:

• The paths of the L1 MIS-2 × L1 Avenue crossing are at L0 instead of L1, making it non-functional. IDs: 0x57D2B01B and 0x57D2B11B. (Fixed in 50 build 7)
• Other paths in the same area of the ID scheme may also be affected. This needs closer investigation.
• The RUL-2 code is unstable, so the intersection often breaks down to MIS-1, as seen on the opposite side.
