We are running Atlas 2.14.0 and Atlas Web-API 2.14.0 in a kubernetes cluster. Between 1 and 3 users can use ATLAS at the same time. They are authenticated through our Active Directory (LDAP).
Our users have an issue when they try to reach the Configuration screen :
After investigation, our dev team is struggling a lot to identify what could be the root cause of this issue. We did not found proper error code that could lead us to a root cause. Our pods logs show that there is a timeout in our webapi server. Our dev team think that there is an token that does not refresh properly and that it prevents users to use the app.
Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue ?
