Hi,
I've completed a full Polish translation of ASVS 5.0 (all intro chapters 0x01–0x05, all 17 requirement chapters V1–V17, and appendices A–E).
Translation branch: https://github.com/PiotrKleszcz/OWASP-ASVS-Polish-Translation/tree/pl/asvs-5.0-translation/5.0/pl
A couple of questions before opening a PR:
-
My fork's default branch tracks master rather than the v5.0.0 tag. I compared all 27 translated files between master and v5.0.0 and found differences in 9 files — all of them are either typo fixes in master (e.g. "presciptive" → "prescriptive", "sanitiation" → "sanitization") or the post-5.0.0 leadership table update (Jim Manico). None represent a content regression. Given this, would you prefer the PR target master (to inherit these fixes) or should I re-base specifically on the v5.0.0 tag per CONTRIBUTING.md?
-
Would you prefer this as a single PR covering all files, or split into smaller PRs (e.g. intro chapters separately from requirement chapters)?
Happy to adjust based on your preference. Thanks for maintaining ASVS — it's a fantastic standard to work with!
