Provide a clear and concise description of the issue

After installing Pico-8 standalone I used to have an item (or file?) Run Pico-8 with Splore under Expert => Pico-8 (Standalone). A week or so ago, after restarting the MM+ that item disapeared and now I only see alog item (I can't remember having seen this before, I think it just appeared) and a splore folder. Selecting log does start Pico-8 but I end up in the text based Pico-8 console and not Splore.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing Pico-8 standalone but the issue persists. I'm attaching the RApp.log file in case that helps. I have all the other logs files too, happy to add them when needed.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know how to reproduce it. This happened suddenly, the evening before it still worked but next morning it didn't. I can't remember having changed anything.

Provide any additional context or information that may help us investigate your issue

I had a possibly related issue where Pico-8 Standalone didn't work until I also installed fake-8. At the time I thought it is just a problem in the documentation but maybe this is linked somehow? See other issue
