Implemented in #741, now merged into dev, using the clarification in #731 that 'edit shortcuts' means changing the assigned key combinations. Settings > Advanced now allows configuring show-window, hide-to-tray, and read-tray-information shortcuts; global operation while hidden is supported on Windows. Closing as completed alongside #731.
