Issue Description
That 3 is the network level, not the level held on the disk itself.
What did you expect to happen?
It to show whats on the disk given how the menu is designed.
What happened instead?
It showed the network level.
Why is this bad/What are the consequences?
Very unintuitive, should show the disk level or both with a clear differentiator
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1, Get a tech disk with a level different to the network
2. Throw it into the R&D console
3. Observe
When did the problem start happening?
Probably since this UI got moved to TGUi4
Extra information
I swear the one time I play the game and I am filing an issue report. No shade towards the devs, just me mad at my own luck.
