Submit new and interesting Algorithms of your choice

Things to keep in mind for this:

• Make sure the algorithm is suitable for Algorithmics (no random algorithm which is not very usable or needed)
• Add tests for your algorithm
• Update Docs.md with documentation (make sure to match how the documentation is written for all the other algorithms)

@cmvyas Please feel free to contribute the algorithms not yet implemented. There is no limit to how many unique algorithms we can add here so there's no need to assign this issue to any single person, but we can all use this issue in our PRs.
