`@see` doesn't recognize sass module references

Versions: tried 2.5.1 through 2.7.3

When using @see to reference a variable in another module, I receive the following warning:

» [WARNING] Item `set` refers to `settings.$placeholders` from type `function` but this item doesn't exist.
