Fix CI & port unit test on 32 bit

CI gendoc fails.
32 bit versions has been added and need some unit tests.

I translated the testall.nim file to testfloat.nim and they did work but I didn't get around to doing the addon PR yet. For some reason some tests fail now but I am unable to track why.

I uploaded the tests here in case you would like to have a look, since they don't run it's unfit for a PR. It's just testall.nim with type replacements.

yeah same here, I was going to put the time in to do it properly but then I noticed I need MIT-license terms so I had to pivot to pffft. I'll likely be back eventually. Thanks for being super supportive of contributions, I really appreciate that! I'm kind of used to them just staying pull requests for a few years and being abandoned.

FFTW is GPL, so I'm not sure if it's possible to make bindings that are not at least LGPL but I'm not license expert.

If it's an issue and we confirm it's possible / legal I'm happy to re-license under Apache or MIT.

Yeah, you need to write GPL software to use FFTW3, so it makes total sense that the wrapper would use the same license, just to avoid confusion.

What it meant for me is that I pivoted to wrapping the PFFFT library, because there, the core library is MIT licensed. The idea was to make a foundation of synthesizer components for the Nim ecosystem that people can make commercial audio software with if they feel like it.

But I'll be doing some GPL stuff too so I'll be back using nimfftw3, just not as much as I thought, unfortunately
