• Collectors: They can mint a unique iteration from the style of a work that is hosted on the Art Blocks platform.

Foundation:

• Creators: "You can create an artist profile and mint an NFT—which means uploading your JPG, PNG, or video file to IPFS, a decentralized peer-to-peer storage network. It will then be an NFT you can price in ETH and put up for auction on Foundation."
• Collectors: "When collectors win an auction, they receive a unique NFT from an artist they want to support and champion."

Curation

Art Blocks:

• The organization and operation of the Art Blocks platform itself is not decentralized. Artists/creators are selected to deploy projects at the sole discretion of the Art Blocks team.
• Art Blocks as a platform has established a curation board to carefully select projects for inclusion in the "official" Art Blocks Curated Collection.

Foundation:

• Inexistent. People just need to upload their artwork to IPFS.

Super Rare:

• The artists selection is centralized.

EthBlockArt:

• The blockstyles are approved based on community reaction, but the final word is from EthBlockArt Team. It then follows a process https://blockart.notion.site/How-to-mint-a-BlockStyle-0b8ce85431fb4500a8e5d57e2c769d67. A) After a few rounds of applying community feedback, and positive community reception--artist submits their BlockStyle. (Note: the majority of submissions will not be accepted) C) Submission is reviewed, additional feedback may be given that needs to be applied prior to being considered for a drop. D) Successful submission leads to selection as BlockStyler! D) Artist is onboarded by team: Style is added to mainnet, drop logistics decided, launch scheduled. E) Launch, then back to the start with a new Style!

Other Initiatives

Art Blocks:

• AB Community Book Club: The AB Community book club is a weekly book club that meets for 30 minutes every Sunday after After Dinner Mints. The goal of the club is to meet other folks and learn more about the art world by reading community-proposed books.
