[Bounty $10] OSX Travis environment not working

Submitted PR #219 for this bounty: #219

This restores the macOS Travis matrix entry, skips the Linux/OpenCL Homebrew bootstrap on macOS, and removes the Homebrew OpenCV install path that caused the macOS job to be disabled.

Validation from the PR:

• ruby -e 'require "yaml"; YAML.load_file(".travis.yml"); puts "yaml ok"'
• git diff --check

If accepted for the [Bounty $10] issue, payout details can be coordinated privately rather than posted publicly.

Status check (2026-05-26): #227 and #219 both restore macOS Travis with the same approach (re-enable os: osx, skip failing Homebrew OpenCV on macOS).

Either PR is merge-ready per local validation (ruby -e 'require "yaml"; YAML.load_file(".travis.yml")').

@freemo — when one lands, please close #35 and coordinate the $10 bounty with the merged author per the issue label.
