about the tflite run on android

Hi， i try to put the encoder.tflite and decoder.tflite on android .
I can make it run successfully on cpu. But when i try to delegate it on gpu ,it always failed. Anyone have similar problem?

i also successfully put it on npu. But the speed no get faster
