Hello, This is my first question here, so sorry if this is not the right way! I have a working SkewT using MetPy, but I was wondering if it is possible to calculate the convective temperature (instead of doing it by hand). So, I'm looking for a way to automate the calculation of the convective temperature or even a visual representation on the SkewT. Is this possible or not in the current version of MetPy? (Didn't find any info on this). Looking forward to your answer! |

Hello! Calculating convective termperature is currently unavailable, but seems totally reasonable to seek to include in MetPy. I'll move this over to an issue (now see #1731), and the project of course welcomes any contributions here you might be excited to take up! If so, don't hesitate to open up a PR.
