@cschol responded on the Github issue... I'm having trouble running the Rack Plugin Toolchain. But my Github action script builds successfully on all 4 platforms.

@cschol just published version 2.0.2 ( commit 9fdb289f7f1cc41f8a0d2642c95936f0e825eb11 ) which solves the build issue with the toolchain.
