Bar Previews - Random movement on mouseover

Whenever I have any bars enabled for preview, if I move my mouse over them at all, it sort of "pushes" the bar changing its position requiring me to go back into edit and put them back.

It's a known issue, I've been trying to look into but can't figure out exactly which part of the imgui code I messed up. Open to PRs if anyone can spot the problem
