Flag to disable Spear boost

I would need a flag that would disable/enable boosting using a Spear with the Lunge enchantment, which throws the player into the distance.

Now players can cheat while playing the parkour minigame and I want to disable it.

There appears to be no elegant way to implement this via the plugin. I have the same use case, which is realized by modifying enchantment attributes using datapacks.
