Support

How to get help

  1. Skim docs first — README, CONTRIBUTING.md, and the ADRs at docs/adr/.
  2. General questions — file under Discussions (Q&A, Ideas, Show and tell).
  3. Bug or feature request — file an issue.
  4. Security — do not open a public issue. See SECURITY.md.

Help wanted on the starters monorepo?

Starter source, provision bundles, and the local materializer live in aotter/mantle-starters. File issues there for bundle, materialization, overlay, and Kiwa source bugs.

What we don't offer

No paid support tier today. Aotter does not provide commercial SLA or production on-call for community users. For commercial engagement, contact phsu@aotter.net.
