Graph LABELS?

Is there an intention to have LABELS (e.g. 'Person', 'Employee') against Datasets, and a LABEL (e.g. 'IS_IN') for Relationships? I can't see, currently, factoring for Graph BI tools. Currently, it seems to me, things are geared towards Relational models. My thoughts are that 'Semantic' includes at least a LABEL against Relationships. We can also have "is in" (Fact-Based Modelling natural language) predicates against Relationships, to keep with all things 'Semantic'.
