This hidden file size limitation is a big restriction on the amount of stuff we can feed into the tool. Even though the tool says that 4MB is the limit, I've tried to upload a 3.82MB UTF-8 .txt file and it wouldn't take it either. I had to change it to ANSI to get it to load, which is something users should know about.
