…d mcp servers but only the skills that have been vetted (#13376)

@gaaclarke was frustrated by a skill that was triggered when he didnt
want or expect. Full context in
go/flutter-website-skills-frustration-chat
We could fix that specific skill but that does not remove the class of
issue, what to do when skills are triggering and making you work more
complicated. Until we have resolver style tests that can regression test
false positive activations then a custom agent can be a work around in
the moment and as a pattern.

<ul>
<li><em>Upcoming breaking change</em>: Add a deprecation warning for
customers using CodeQL version 2.19.3 and earlier. These versions of
CodeQL were discontinued on 9 April 2026 alongside GitHub Enterprise
Server 3.15, and will be unsupported by the next minor release of the

the test is now always performed against the service index. <a

<h2>4.35.2 - 15 Apr 2026</h2>
<ul>
<li>The undocumented TRAP cache cleanup feature that could be enabled
using the <code>CODEQL_ACTION_CLEANUP_TRAP_CACHES</code> environment
variable is deprecated and will be removed in May 2026. If you are
affected by this, we recommend disabling TRAP caching by passing the
<code>trap-caching: false</code> input to the <code>init</code> Action.
<a

now only applies to repositories that contain submodules. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3789">#3789</a></li>
<li>Python analysis on GHES no longer extracts the standard library,
relying instead on models of the standard library. This should result in
significantly faster extraction and analysis times, while the effect on
alerts should be minimal. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3794">#3794</a></li>

We don't want to duplicate installation instructions if not necessary.
If a developer visiting the archive doesn't know how to install it, we
can direct them to the dedicated page on [how to install Flutter
manually](https://docs.flutter.dev/install/manual).
If a plugin cannot be bumped to a minimum Flutter sdk version of 3.44
(the current stable), then they must follow this workaround to support
apps on AGP < 9 and AGP >= 9. We added support for apps on AGP < 9 and
AGP >= 9 in 3.44.

For some context, some plugins may have restrictions on the minimum
Flutter SDK. For example, our own Flutter plugins can be bumped to a
highest minimum Flutter SDK of version stable-1.

- [x] If you are unwilling, or unable, to sign the CLA, even for a
_tiny_, one-word PR, please file an issue instead of a PR.
- [x] If this PR is not meant to land until a future stable release,
mark it as draft with an explanation.
- [x] This PR follows the [Google Developer Documentation Style
Guidelines](https://developers.google.com/style)—for example, it doesn't
use _i.e._ or _e.g._, and it avoids _I_ and _we_ (first-person
pronouns).

Migrates docs site production deploys and staging previews from a Cloud
Build shell script to first-class `dash_site` Dart commands for easier
maintenance, expansion to multiple sites, and direct use by
contributors.

This adds `dart run dash_site deploy` for production Firebase Hosting
deploys and `dart run dash_site stage-preview` for preview channel
deploys. The staging command builds the selected site, deploys it to a
Firebase Hosting preview channel, extracts the preview URL from
Firebase's JSON output, and creates or updates a GitHub PR comment using
the GitHub
API through `package:github`.

The Cloud Build deploy and stage configs now call these Dart commands
directly, support a `_SITE` substitution, and pass PR metadata into the
staging command.

> [!NOTE]
> The code is a bit longer but it's easier to maintain and understand in
Dart, more flexible, and enables contributors to deploy to their own
projects. As we soon expand to support deploying and staging multiple
sites, the shell scripts would have became much more complicated, so
this also prepares for that.

Updates the versions identified on the [Supported deployment platforms
page](https://docs.flutter.dev/reference/supported-platforms) for
Flutter 3.44 .

- macOS
- Updated CI-tested version from `Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15)` to just
`Sequoia (15)`.
- Debian
  - Updated supported versions from `10, 11, 12` to `10 to 13`.
  - Updated CI-tested versions from `11, 12` to just `12`.
- Ubuntu
- Updated CI-tested versions from `20.04 LTS, 22.04 LTS` to just `22.04
LTS`.
- Updated unsupported versions from `24.10 and earlier non-LTS` to `25
and earlier non-LTS`.
- Chrome
  - Updated CI-tested version from `119 and 125` to just `145`.
- Firefox
  - Updated CI-tested version from `143` to `148`.
- Safari
  - Updated CI-tested version from `15.6` to `18.6`.
- This one was less clear to me as it's tied to the macOS version, but
it seems it's at least 18.6 since that's what came with later versions
of macOS Sequoia.
- Edge
  - Updated CI-tested version from `119 and 125` to `145`.
- No changes to Android, iOS, or Windows.
Add `/go/ios-26-keyboard-bleed` design doc redirect.
Also regenerate code where appropriate with the latest version of dependencies.
