Redundant scrollbar draw in login screen GUI in Firefox.

Describe the bug

It caused by bundled tag with a style line:

scrollbar-width: thin;

I believe it can be fixed by just adding overflow: auto;

Reproduction

1. Up live server of cinny (v4.11.1);
2. Enter the login GUI.

Expected behavior

No scrollbar when nothing to scroll.
