Running the end to end test suite on custom infrastructure

This relates to the previous conversation. Running integration tests on custom infrastructure is an exciting improvement. For future enhancements:

• We need to adjust the configuration to run similar to dev/prod deployments, ensuring the entire end-to-end test suite can be executed successfully.
• Include the ability to run either the entire end-to-end suite or only the definition test.
