When generating an ANAF archive, currently all forms from that year are automatically included every time. NGOs should be able to choose which forms should be included based on timeframe (ex: if they choose March 3 - April 12, only forms received within those dates should be included). This would allow them to generate more custom XMLs, if they submit the ANAF form several times.
