ddr should detect whether wavs are stereo; the stereo argument is not necessary

It seems that ddr can detect stereo and mono files, so maybe we can do away with the stereo argument.

You're right. Looking into how to make my own stereo fx without using seewave. Also should be able to test whether a wave object is stereo.
