Omnibox integration

Using the chrome.omnibox api add the ability to pass a search term from the omnibox to Dewey, e.g.

In the omnibox, you type dew and press tab, then type your search word, hit enter, and it launches a new tab with dewey's search box pre-filled.

Like it, should be in v3. Things to consider - should we open our application as a result or navigate to first bookmark? I will investigate this to see how powerful is omnibox and what we can do with it.

Similar to the functionality of https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/quickmarks/piefpokhpcehbeelhohgcnbipnfkogig, in that search results will include bookmarks.

I'm moving this out of current milestone. Let's ship what we have now.

Should be done on this weekend. I just realised that when I select one of suggestions more useful to navigate directly to the result. What do you think guys? Why do we need to open Dewey with pre filtered result (which will be the same as suggestions).
