Allow specify diffkemp patche in the evaluation comments

I think it would be good if the bot would be able to take patch in the comment which would use to patch diffkemp before running the experiments. This would allow to patch certain issues/bugs or behaviour which the bot is not prepared for.

This would be useful e.g. for #17
