Reconstruction with Multi-Shell Multi-Tissue CSD (https://docs.dipy.org/dev/examples_built/reconstruction/reconst_mcsd.html)

The original "data" is denoised into "denoised_arr " at some point, however the original data is used in most places after. Such cases are in finding the response function etc.

Hi @azizasaber,

there might be a reason for that. The denoised arr is used for QBall.

Maybe, a denoised arr will not provide a good response function with this data. Something to test and check when you have time. before we explore deeper
