Incorrect "workflow does not have a dispatch event"

Just mentioning this in case it's useful for anyone else. I had an issue where all my workflows in the "Select workflow to execute" menu were disabled and saying "does not have a dispatch event", even though they did. I tried lots of ways to fix this, changing my GH token, trying different Rider versions, invalidating Rider's caches, etc. But nothing worked. Eventually, I opened one of the workflow files to double-check if the dispatch event was there, and the menu item became enabled!
