Missing version attribute for audioFormatExtended?

Implementations of (e.g. in DVR) suggest that the mandatory version attribute in is not being written.
ADM created as "BS.2076-2" miss it.

The version attribute for audioFormatExtended is available to be set in the code, but not done automatically. So when generating ADM files, it has to be explicitly added. For S-ADM frames, it appears to be automatically set to "BS.2125-1".
