Intermittent issues occur during automatic reconnection when testing OPC server disconnection

Describe the bug
After losing connection with OPC server, recreated new monitoredItems via SubscriptionListener.onSubscriptionTransferFailed callback, but reconnection throws UaServiceFaultException: status=Bad_NoSubscription, description=There is no subscription available for this session
This issue does not reproduce consistently — it occurs intermittently during reconnection testing.
Once it occurs, subscription data will no longer be received thereafter. Logs show: ServerState: Running Active

When SubscriptionListener.onSubscriptionTransferFailed is called you also have to create a new Subscription first.

If you can provide some logs or Wireshark capture or something when it occurs I might be able to offer advice, but 0.6.x is not supported, so if there's actually a bug here it would need to exist in 1.x to get triaged and fixed.
