Calibration of the Logitech G29 Wheel is problematic. In order to recreate the feel of the arcade I calibrate the wheel in game by turning about 135 degrees in each direction. The gameplay is spot on to the arcade by doing this. The problem is that the wheel can physically be turned further and if you do the car on screen immediately switches to a hard turn in the opposite direction. You can get around this by calibrating to a position further than you'd ever need to turn, but this changes the handling requiring much more of a turn to move the car than the arcade version did. I think this may be an issue with the original game rather than the tweaks specifically but I'd imagine it's a simple fix, just to ensure the value set in calibration is capped in game regardless of the wheel position. In other words, if the calibration sets the wheel range from -135 to +135, just ensure the value doesn't exceed this during gameplay. By the way, thank you for Outrun Tweaks, it's awesome.
