Nonblocking interaction with the MRF chip

Once non blocking IO is implemented in PeripheralInterface Issue 1. We can make interaction with the MRF Chip asynchronous. We should also evaluate if it is worth to update fields of the frame on the chip independently and only on change, or if a full frame should be written every time we want to send a packet.
