Summary

Bumps python/Cargo.toml (and python/Cargo.lock) from 9.0.1+exa.1 to 9.0.1+exa.2 for the v9.0.1-exa.2 release, which ships the constant-page null-materialization fix from #12 (SEV-1271 offset-overflow on Lance 2.2 null-padded constant pages). Same release process as v9.0.1-exa.1: version bump on exa/v9.0.1-txn-perf, tag, build abi3 manylinux wheels (x86_64 + aarch64), attach to a GitHub release.
