Test data release

In an effort to provide a smaller data set for use in teaching and testing we have produced a cut-down data release. This contains only the variants from the examples/Pfeiffer.vcf.gz file from the CLI distribution and only HP-HP semantic similarities and human disease data, so cross-species prioritisation is non-functional. Lastly, the phenix data was also removed, so only the hiPhivePrioritiser is available for use.

To use this data, unzip the file into your exomiser data directory and then point the application to use the test data version in place of the usual date-based version. e.g. your application.properties will look like this:
